Welcome to Odyrides

Why we built a dispatch platform for hotel transfers — and what it does on day one.

Welcome to Odyrides

A dispatcher's day looks something like this: front-desk staff calls about a 6am airport pickup, you grab a pen, scribble it on a sticky note, call a driver, the driver doesn't answer, you call another, the first driver calls back to confirm anyway, you can't remember which hotel it was for, the guest's flight gets pushed, the hotel calls again. Repeat for 30 transfers a day across five hotels.

That's the workflow Odyrides replaces.

What it does

Three roles, one platform.

Hotels submit transfer requests with the details that actually matter — guest name, pickup time, flight info, destination, special requirements. No phone calls, no missed details.

Dispatchers see every incoming request in one queue, check driver availability, and assign in a click. Multi-hotel from day one — one organization, multiple hotel clients, hotel-scoped pricing and staff.

Drivers get an instant SMS the moment they're assigned, with everything they need in the message. The driver mobile app shows today's pickups and the rest of the week, sorted by pickup time.

That's the loop. Submit, assign, notify. No phone tag.

What it tracks

Every transfer carries the data dispatchers actually need to run a business — preset pricing per hotel, commission ("miza") per driver, real-time status, full activity log, exportable reports. The numbers stop living on paper.

What's in the box today

  • Web dashboard for dispatchers, hotel staff, and admin
  • Driver mobile app with phone-and-OTP login (no Clerk for drivers)
  • Multi-hotel architecture with plan-gated limits
  • SMS driver notifications via Twilio
  • Stripe billing, monthly or yearly in EUR
  • English and Greek interfaces
  • GDPR-compliant, hosted on EU servers

What it's not (yet)

Odyrides isn't a real-time GPS tracker, a payment processor, or a hotel PMS replacement. We track commissions, we don't move them. We send notifications, we don't replace your booking system. The idea is to do the coordination loop well — not to bolt on every adjacent feature.

Why now

Tourism volumes keep climbing, dispatcher operations don't. Most teams running 10–50 transfers a day are still on phones and spreadsheets. The moment a dispatcher takes on a third or fourth hotel client, the manual workflow falls apart — pickups get missed, commissions slip, hotels lose visibility, drivers get pulled in different directions.

We built Odyrides because the alternative — buying a generic dispatch tool and bending it to fit hotel transfers — costs more, takes weeks to set up, and still doesn't handle multi-hotel scoping or commission tracking the way a working dispatcher actually needs.
